If you are going to Las Vegas, you *have* to try the Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam. For great Chinese food try Wing Lei at the Wynn Hotel. What a gorgeous menu, and the food was great too; they have a great selection of teas that they don't show on the menu. Just don't leave home without your American Express Card. But seriously, Lotus of Siam is incredible, and quite inexpensive, although a little off the strip. But it's amazing!!
